The REAL TRUTH about this online business is that every affiliate marketer is always looking for the best strategies and successful platforms that will give them the biggest and fastest paycheques.

Here in this article, I will talk about what affiliate marketers should know to survive online.  These are lessons I learned from experience.

Do you know that there are affiliate marketers that would even pay their hard money for something they thought will make their business successful in a short period? Apparently, there is no magic formula. It is actually more complicated than that.

Basically, in anything you do, it really takes time and effort to become successful. It is just a good attitude and good business practices that have been proven over the years of hard work and dedication.

THE GOOD THING?

The good thing is, there are ways and tricks that have worked before with online marketing and will always continue to work in the online affiliate marketing world until today.

These important tricks are the most important practices that every affiliate marketer should need to know in order to increase leads and sales so that they will be able to survive in the affiliate marketing business online.

HERE ARE THE THREE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW TO SURVIVE ONLINE:

1. The Uniqueness Of Your Website.

One of the key points, in order to be successful, is having a unique niche.

Read on my article on: How To Find A Niche For A Website.

It would be great if you have a site that is so unique it is only you that has it! But I know that is quite impossible.

So, if for example, your niche is making money online, probably you can come up with just about email marketing or just blogging. It is best to have a site focusing on each and every product and nothing more.

Here in myaffiliatediary.com, I try to focus or target those beginners in this industry called affiliate marketing. So, I try my best to make it informative as much as possible and easy to understand so I can guide and help them to build an online business and reach their goals.

Another way always includes product reviews on your website. People who browse on google are always looking for what training and tools use, what is the best platform, or what is the best software. Things that they need answers right away.

In your reviews, you may want to add testimonials from users who have already tried the product. Make sure though that these users are more than willing to allow you to use their names and photos on the site of the specific product you’re marketing.

Make your pages attractive and includes “calls to action” on the information.

Each headline should attract readers to try to read more. Highlight your special points. This will help your readers to learn what the page is about and will want to find out more.

2. Keep the communication open to the readers.

Offering free products to your readers will create communication. They will leave their email or their address, so you send them the free products you offer. This will start the relationship.

Creating this communication is a huge part of your online business. So, try to create autoresponder messages that will be emailed to those who placed their contact information. According to the survey, a sale is closed usually on the seventh contact with a prospect.

Added to these freebies you offer, try not to use the word “free”. There are still older spam filters that dump this kind of contents into the junk before even anyone can even read it in the email. It is better to convince them for your free reports that they will miss something great if they do not avail of your products or services.

What affiliate marketers should know to succeed online

3. Get the right traffic.

Make sure to get the right traffic that is targeted to your product.

Read my article on The Secret on How To Increase Traffic To A Website For Free.

Just think, if the person who visited your website has no interest whatsoever in what you are offering, they will be among those who move on and never come back.

Writing articles regularly, like 2 posts per week, with at least 800-1,000 words in length. By continuously writing and maintaining these articles, you can actually generate as many as 100 targeted readers to your site in a day.

Always remember that only 1 out of 100 people is likely to buy your product or get your services. If you can generate as much as 1,000 targeted hits for your website in a day, which means you can make 10 sales based on the average statistics.

In Conclusion.

These tactics mentioned does not really sound very difficult to do, if you think about it. It just requires a little time and an action plan on your part. Being consistent will give you only benefits at the end.

Try to use these tips on any affiliate marketing programs. You can end maintaining a good source of income and surviving in this business.

By the way, all these important tactics I have learned in the Wealthy Affiliate platform that I am a member up to this day.

This platform has helped thousands of affiliate marketers be successful in this business. I recommend you to take a look at it, and I for one, with other members of the community, will be welcoming you and give you help and support all the way.

All the best!

  1. Great information! This should be helpful for anyone getting started in the blogging industry.

I have made many mistakes in the past. I started my first blog in 2014, a health and wellness blog. I had no clue what I was doing. I liked writing, so that’s what I did. I didn’t even know it was possible to make money with blogging, and when I heard people made a full-time living with it, it blew my mind. But HOW?

It got me curious, until I decided to look into it. I’ve now started a new blog about pets (cats specifically) and I am implementing the results of my research. The proper tools are essential, as well as some basic knowledge of the industry.

I’m looking forward to new articles!
